Quando ci si fa consigliare da lui ci si sente trasportati direttamente all'interno della cantina o in vigna! Vastissima scelta di Champagne (per la maggior parte piccoli produttori di nicchia), metodi classici italiani, vini fermi francesi, italiani e del resto del mondo sempre proposti con la massima accortezza e disponibilità.
